Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Therefore, all items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase. The item has to be returned in its original package (linen pouch), unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
*Please note that all sales items are final.
Procedure
| Step #1 | Please contact us through contact@moroccan-birds.com prior proceeding with the return or exchange. The mailing address and return instructions will be provided upon receipt. |
| Step #2 | Send us back your package with the order slip. |
| Step #3 | Once the package is returned and received, Moroccan Birds will proceed with either full refund or exchange depending on your request. |
| Step #4 | A notification email will be sent once your request is processed. |
| Step #5 | In case of refunds, please note that it might take 5 to 10 business days for them to appear on your statement. Additional processing delays may occur. |
